- Legal Simplicity – Lisning.com facilitates extraordinary coaching relationships between coaches and clients. Your professional expertise and experience informs how you help your clients, but you are not practicing psychotherapy. These coaching interactions do not share the same legal requirements as teletherapy, telemental health, or interstate psychotherapy practice.
- Expertise – We know that helping experts come from many paths. We want the best and brightest experts to help the people that become clients on Lisning.com. If you have an educational background or state license that helped you become a better practitioner – that’s great. Do You Have What It Takes To Join Us?
- At least one of the following:
- A license in mental health (PhD, PsyD, LMSW/ LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or comparable)
- A graduate degree in mental health (PhD, PsyD, MSW, MFT, PC, or comparable) or in the process of obtaining one, with aggregate experience to warrant the ability to provide excellent coaching
- Clergy certification and/ or experience in pastoral counseling
- A combination of education, personal expertise, and life experience to provide outstanding coaching to our clients
- Experience in individual psychotherapy or coaching
- Superb communication skills
